After selecting the Single Video Player option, you will be prompted to complete the Video Player Settings & Options form (see below).
From here you can easily set the size, colors and other options for your video player.
When completed, you will need to select either:
Generate
HTML:
This option will generate code for use on webpages, blogs and forums where
Javascript is either not available or disabled eg. MySpace. (see below)
Clicking the COPY button in the above window will transfer the HTML code to your computer's Clipboard, making it all ready for you to simply Paste (Ctrl+v) into your webpage, blog, forum or MySpace page. You won't need to host the files flvplayer.swf and ufo.js, the latest versions are hosted on my site and available for you to use.
That's it! Congratulations, you have successfully embedded a video.
Generate
Java:
To use this code option you must be able to insert Javascript into the
webpage in question and have access to the <head>
tag. If this is not possible, then please use the Generate HTML
code option.
The Javascript code is split into two sections (see below).
1.
Head Section
Use the COPY button to place this code onto your computer's Clipboard
and then Paste (Ctrl+v) between the <head> and </head> tags
of your webpage.
The file ufo.js is a small Javascript utility which loads the video player into the web browser, but does so in a way that does not require the end-user to 'click to activate'.
2.
Body Section
Again, clicking the COPY button will transfer the code onto your computer's
Clipboard. The code should then be Pasted (Ctrl+v) between the <body>
and </body> tags of your webpage.
That's it! Upload your webpage and then check out your work. Easy-peasie!
