Hello!
My name is Robert Palmer and I am the designer and author of the YouRipper
software application.
While
most of the video websites encourage users to embed videos into their
own webpages, none of them provide any configurability of the actual video
player. You're stuck with just one theme, one set of corporate colors
and some heavy corporate branding and when it comes to Playlisting videos,
with the current crop of corporate video players, this is not an option.
The
Embed Video feature within YouRipper, enables anyone to easily embed videos
into web pages, blogs, forums and MySpace pages, employing a fully customizable,
generic video player.

In using the YouRipper Embed Video feature, I would urge you to play fair
and provide a credit and link-back to the video's host at an appropriate
location. In that way, the hosting company is not losing out on the link-back
their own video players provide.

Webmasters:
Limited only by your imagination, the inclusion of Playlisted videos on
your site, means that, you will not only enhance your content, but visitors
will spend longer on your site. With Playlisted videos, you can create
exclusive groups of videos from multiple hosts....offer your visitors
'the best from all the major video sites, in one video player. You can
even use Playlists to create your own online TV company.
Bloggers:
Enhance your blogs by including streaming video. Using Playlists, you
could easily include your 'pick' of videos from across the major sites.
MySpace:
For MySpace users, YouRipper is an essential tool in creating and maintaining
an interesting MySpace page. Videos can be embedded in MySpace Blogs,
Profiles and Comments.
Educators:
Bring a number of subject related videos together in a Playlist. With
the generic video player, there will be no heavy branding or other distractions
for your students.
I hope you
will enjoy this new feature in the forthcoming version 2.3 and that with
a little imagination and creativity you will create some noteworthy playlists.
Best wishes
from England.
Robert
